Can you introduce yourself and your role within EEZZ?
I'm Guy, the owner of EEZZ. In 2010 we started Recreatiebeheer van Maanen full of passion. This started with just one vacation accommodation that we rented out a few weeks a year. This was so successful that we expanded our offer in the following years. We rented out accommodations in IJmuiden aan Zee and at various vacation parks in Zeeland and Limburg.
In 2019, this company was given a completely new formula; EEZZ - Rent To Relax. With this we took on the full role of mediator between the owner, the guest and the owner of the vacation park where the accommodation is located. We now have more than 100 accommodations throughout the country. This web is expanding every week. So we can say that since the start we have eventually become the rental specialist of vacation accommodations!

What is an essential skill that someone in your role needs?
As the owner of this fantastic company, it is obviously important to work well with the team, guests, owners, resorts and our professionals in the region who work for us. In doing so, I constantly try to push the team to provide the best for our guests and owners so that they have a fantastic experience. The lines of communication with everyone are short and I enjoy being able to work with everyone. This way we can all achieve our best aspirations so that we can offer our guests and owners the best services.
Do you have a favorite motto?
"Doing your best is not enough." I always try to look at the maximum.
What is the best part about working at EEZZ for you?
For me, this is the collaboration with all disciplines to ultimately offer our guests a great vacation and our owners a good result. It's great to see how everything comes together!
What is your dream for EEZZ?
That we continue to grow on vacation parks and the accommodations grow with us. We would like to become the market leader within vacation rentals, so this is something we are constantly striving for. We are busy behind the scenes doing all kinds of exciting things to make this dream come true!
