My name is Britt and I am currently 19 years old. I graduated this year (2023) as an executive in the tourism industry. During my studies, I did an internship at EEZZ in February 2021. When this was completed I stuck around and started working in the front office as my side job. I have since dipped fully into working life and started working full-time at EEZZ since July 2023!

Fortunately, my job is very varied. In the office I mainly perform front and back office tasks. I am also often present at the vacation parks. The essential skill that someone in my role needs is undoubtedly good communication skills. My colleagues and I are in constant contact with our owners, guests and external links, such as cleaning companies, technical service, and receptions. So communicating clearly and effectively is really essential!!

“Do it for yourself." That's something my mother always says to me, which makes it very personal. It emphasizes making decisions and taking actions. It encourages me to be aware of my desires and aspirations - which helps me set goals for myself more quickly.

I really enjoy doing the park visits. It makes the contact with the vacation park, the guests and our owners much more personal. In addition, our Friday afternoon drinks are always fun, where we all discuss the week with lots of laughter!

A while back, I was in Valencia with colleagues for a trade show and informational presentations. We had an enormous amount of fun, but we also learned an awful lot and gained new skills. Definitely an experience I will never forget!
