At the front end, we help you plan and book your ideal holiday through our partnerships with private landlords. At the back end, we work with private property owners who rent out their accommodations – and the holiday parks where they are located.

We ensure a smooth guest experience, allowing owners to rent out their properties without the hassle of promotion and rentals, and guests to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We handle the entire vacation rental process from start to finish!

You will receive the keys from the reception upon checking in at the park. During the low season, there may be some variation regarding this, as the reception may close earlier. In that case, the keys are placed in a locker and can be opened using a code. This code will then be provided to you on the day of check-in.

As soon as you make a booking with EEZZ, you will receive an email containing the booking details. You will also always receive an information email from us a week before your holiday. This contains all the necessary information you need before you go on vacation! This is, of course, very convenient! This way, you know exactly what to bring and what not to bring, and what your check-in and check-out times are!
Check-in to your accommodation is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. These times are fixed to accommodate our cleaning crew's schedule. This allows them enough time to clean the accommodation in time for any new guests who will be staying after you.
You can reach our breakdown service outside office hours for urgent breakdowns that cannot wait until the next working day via:

You can drive through the barrier into the park with a maximum of one car. If you notify us in advance via email, after your booking, or via our app, you can drive quickly and easily right to your accommodation!

Are you arriving with multiple cars? You can still only enter the park with one car. You can park the other cars in the main parking lot.
