Can you introduce yourself and your role at EEZZ?

My name is Maud, I’m 20 years old and I’ve been working at EEZZ since June 2025 as a backend specialist in guest and owner services. In this role, I handle reservation processing, answer questions, and support both guests and property owners. I enjoy contributing behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What’s one essential skill for someone in your role?

Attention to detail is absolutely essential. You’re often dealing with a lot of information, so being accurate is key. I also believe in staying positive and communicating clearly—with colleagues, guests, and owners. Good communication avoids misunderstandings and keeps things running smoothly.

Do you have a favorite quote or life motto that inspires you?

“Be you.” I believe you create the most value when you stay true to yourself. You don’t have to pretend to be someone else—being authentic helps you connect with people and make a real impact.

What are you most looking forward to in your role at EEZZ?

I’m most excited about interacting with property owners and guests. Even though I work in the office, I still feel closely connected to their experiences. It’s rewarding to be the link between people and to help provide excellent service. I also really enjoy managing the booking process—it’s varied and keeps things interesting every day!
