Can you introduce yourself and your role within EEZZ?
My name is Ivy and I am the financial administration coordinator at EEZZ. This means that I am responsible for everything related to finances and deal with the figures on a daily basis. I have been working at EEZZ since early 2020 - almost from the beginning, that is! It is incredibly beautiful to see how the company has developed over these years and how we have grown together. Over the past four years, I have not only seen EEZZ expand, but also learned and improved a lot myself in my profession.
Do you have a favorite motto?
‘You're never done learning.’ No matter how much experience you have, there is always something new to discover. This is precisely why my work remains interesting and ensures that I continue to grow continuously.
What is the best part about working at EEZZ for you?
No two days are the same! You might think that administration is monotonous, but that is absolutely not the case here. I am constantly analysing, researching and consulting to make processes as efficient as possible. In addition, we have a fantastic team, which makes the work even more fun. Working together, solving challenges and continuing to improve - that's what makes my work at EEZZ so special.
What is a memory within EEZZ that you will never forget?
And then, of course, the team outings and work trips! We go out regularly, whether it's to a fair, an owners' day or a visit to one of our member parks. Because we come from the south, these are often complete road trips full of fun, great conversations and, above all, lots of laughter. For me, those moments with the team are really one of the highlights of working at EEZZ!
