It has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The villa combines luxurious interiors with a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The villa features a private pool, a Finnish sauna, and spacious sun terraces, allowing you to fully unwind at any time of day. For extra fun, there is a basement game room with billiards, table football, and table tennis. The covered balcony and terraces invite you to enjoy outdoor living, and the barbecue offers delightful Mediterranean moments. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a separate toilet. Three private parking spaces are available for guests with their own car.

Villa Old Olive VII is peacefully located surrounded by nature, while also serving as an excellent base to explore the highlights of the Istrian coast. In a short time, you can reach towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana, where culture, gastronomy, and stunning landscapes come together.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, administrative fees and a security deposit are charged; the deposit is refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
