Under a Rent contract, personal use is not permitted; under an EEZZ contract, personal use is permitted outside the high season, on public holidays and during school holidays. Finally, under the RELAX contract, personal use is always permitted, provided the accommodation is available for booking for eight weeks. The commission rate varies by park.

We have put together a special range of bedroom furnishings for our holiday lettings; these items are specifically designed for holiday use and are built to last. They are compulsory for holiday lettings.
