Villa Old Olive VI is a modern and stylish villa in Salvela, near Vodnjan. The newly built property spans three floors and accommodates up to thirteen guests. The villa has five bedrooms with six beds: four bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The villa combines luxury, tranquility, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.

The villa features a private pool, a jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna, allowing you to unwind at any time of the day. The spacious balcony offers a stunning view over Istria. On the sun terraces and at the barbecue area, you can fully enjoy outdoor living and the Mediterranean climate. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Guests with a car can make use of three private parking spaces.

Villa Old Olive VI is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, yet serves as an excellent base to explore the highlights of the Istrian coast. Cities such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana are within easy reach, allowing you to effortlessly combine relaxation at the villa with culture, gastronomy, and the stunning Istrian landscape.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, administrative fees, tourist taxes, and a security deposit are payable. The deposit is refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are refreshed weekly.
