The villa has six bedrooms with seven beds: five bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. This makes the villa ideal for families and groups of friends.

The villa combines relaxation and luxury with a private pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, and spacious sun terraces. The balcony offers a stunning view over Istria, and the outdoor spaces with barbecue facilities are perfect for socializing in the Mediterranean climate. For indoor entertainment, the villa features a billiard table, table tennis, and a luxury foosball table, all of high quality.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Guests with their own car can make use of three private parking spaces.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Administrative fees, tourist taxes, and a security deposit are payable upon arrival. The deposit is refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are refreshed weekly to ensure a comfortable stay.
