The villa is newly built and stylishly furnished. It spans three floors and accommodates up to twelve guests. The villa has six bedrooms with seven beds: five bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring ample privacy for everyone. The rooms are elegantly decorated with modern luxury and warm, natural materials, creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The private pool is the heart of the villa. Around the sun terrace, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, Villa Old Olive III features a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. There is also a spacious game room with billiards, table football, and table tennis, so there is always something to do indoors and outdoors, regardless of the season.
