Villa Fažana Apartment 3 is a luxurious ground‑floor apartment of 93 m² where you immediately feel the peace and space of Istria. Everything is designed for comfort, privacy and relaxation, helping you slip into holiday mode with ease. The absolute highlight is the private swimming pool, which is entirely for your use. It sits right next to your terrace and is surrounded by a 100 m² enclosed outdoor area. This allows you to swim, sunbathe or unwind at any time of the day — without other guests nearby. You also have your own barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors and preparing a delicious meal in peace.

Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bright living room and three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed (160×200 cm), and the third bedroom has two separate beds (90×200 cm). The bathroom includes a spacious shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience.

You also have a covered terrace of 30 m², air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a safe, two private parking spaces and all the amenities you need for a carefree stay. The beach is just 50 metres away and the centre of Fažana only 150 metres — ideal if you like having everything close by.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will pay administration fees, tourist tax and a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are included and replaced weekly.
