Villa Old Olive III is a luxurious villa with a private pool, located in Salvela near the charming town of Vodnjan. The villa is part of an exclusive collection of high‑quality accommodations in Istria. Thanks to its peaceful setting, sea views and modern facilities, it is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who value comfort and privacy.

The villa is newly built and stylishly furnished. It spans three floors and accommodates up to twelve guests. There are six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy for everyone. The rooms are elegantly decorated with modern comforts and warm, natural materials, creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The private pool forms the heart of the villa. Around the sun terrace, you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In addition, Villa Old Olive III offers a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. There is also a spacious game room with billiards, table football and table tennis. This means there is always something to do, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of the season.

The large balcony offers beautiful sea views. It is a lovely spot for a quiet breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. Outside, you will also find a barbecue, perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends.

The surrounding area offers many opportunities for excursions. You can visit Rovinj, Poreč or Fažana, for example. There are also numerous wine routes, beaches and nature parks in the region. This makes the villa a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, guests pay administration fees, tourist tax and a security deposit. This deposit is refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are refreshed weekly.
