Het appartement is ideaal voor 4 personen, maar dankzij de comfortabele slaapbank ook heel geschikt voor een verblijf met 5 of 6 personen. Het appartement beschikt daarnaast over een volledig uitgeruste keuken met airfryer, een moderne badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet en heeft een knusse zithoek waar je helemaal tot rust komt.
Voor het appartement heb je een overdekt terras. Hier geniet je van het uitzicht op de weelderige tropische tuin met palmbomen, bloemen, én van het heerlijke magnesiumzwembad met deels overdekt pooldek. Of je nu kiest voor een ligbed in de zon of een loungeplek in de schaduw, dit is de perfecte plek om te relaxen.
De ligging is perfect: in de nette wijk Cas Grandi, op slechts 10 autominuten van de populaire stranden Jan Thiel Beach en Mambo Beach. Daar vind je gezellige beachclubs, restaurants en leuke winkeltjes. Toch verblijf je in het appartement in een rustige omgeving, waardoor je het beste van beide werelden hebt: ontspanning én levendigheid binnen handbereik.
