Villa Meerzicht MIVA 3 is playfully decorated with attention to detail – think cheerful wallpaper, cosy play corners, and plenty of toys. The spacious living room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable seating area and television, a large dining table with comfy chairs, and a luxurious open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a filter coffee machine.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms:

• One is specially designed for children and wheelchair users, complete with a desk and gaming chair.

• The second bedroom features a fold-away double bed that neatly disappears into a closet for extra space during the day.

Take the stairs up to the cosy loft:

• On one side there’s a large mattress with a television – your own mini cinema!

• On the other side is a play area for kids. Please note: standing upright is not possible here.

The bathroom on the ground floor is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, including support rails by the shower and toilet.

Outside, you can relax on the spacious roof terrace with lounge chairs, enjoy the garden with a luxury lounge set and sunbeds, and take in the stunning view over the water. There’s even a wheelchair-accessible jetty.

You can park your car in the public parking area opposite the park.
