Landgoed ‘t Borghuis – De Vuursteen

De Vuursteen is a charming, renovated farmhouse in a beautiful rural setting. With open views over the meadows and directly bordering the Snippert Nature Reserve, you can step straight into the forest from the garden. It’s the perfect place for those who love peace, space, and being together.

The accommodation is spacious and suitable for large groups of up to 35 people. There are 14 bedrooms with a total of 35 comfortable box spring beds. Six bedrooms are on the ground floor, and eight double bedrooms are on the first floor. The bathrooms have also been completely renovated and include 8 toilets, 5 showers, and 9 sinks. There is an adapted shower and toilet for guests with reduced mobility, and the ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible.

The living room is the cozy heart of the house. It features a spacious seating area, a large bar table, and a flatscreen TV. There is plenty of space to eat, drink, or play games together. The adjoining professional kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove with oven, commercial dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and two filter coffee machines.

A special feature of De Vuursteen is its private Finnish kota. Around the fireplace, you can relax with a book, enjoy music together, or watch a movie on the TV. It’s a cozy space where everyone can come together.

Outside, there is plenty of room to relax and play. The spacious (partially covered) terrace offers beautiful views and a comfortable place to sit together, even in less favorable weather. Children can enjoy the trampoline, swings, climbing course, and playfield in the garden. There is also a covered play area with air hockey, table tennis, and pool.

For extra relaxation, the accommodation features a private hot tub. Whether in summer or winter, it’s always a pleasure to enjoy the warm water outdoors. The barbecue adds to the outdoor experience.

A storage area with washing and drying facilities is also available, practical for longer stays.

De Vuursteen is a place where comfort and nature come together. Here, you can enjoy each other’s company and the surroundings in peace. Pets, smoking, and noisy youth groups are not allowed.
